Introduction

1. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. By signing up to the Beta Programme, you consent to us accessing, processing and retaining any information you provide to us for the purposes of improving the Proptee offering. This Privacy Policy acts as a complement to Proptee’s Main Privacy Policy, which also applies. The Main Privacy Policy applies for all the section and clauses not covered by this Beta Programme Privacy Policy.
   

2. You can stop participating in the Beta Programme by unsubscribing from the email list for Beta Testers. This can be done by following the unsubscribe link on any of the Beta Programme emails or by contacting us via. Please note that if you do not unsubscribe from the emails you may continue to receive communications from Proptee about the Beta Programme.
   

3. We at Proptee respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice will give you a better understanding of how we use the personal data we collect from you when you participate in the Beta Programme testing app:
   

   • What information do we collect from you and why?
   • How do we use your information?
   • How do we store and share your information?
   • Other useful privacy and security related matters.

What information do we collect for the Beta Programme?

4. For Android users: in order to provide the Beta Service we will need to collect an additional Gmail address for Android users for the Beta Programme.
   

5. Aggregated data such as crash logs and statistical information related to your use of the Proptee Beta App will be collected. This may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if we are able to combine or connect aggregated data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data, which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the Main Privacy Policy where applicable.
   

How do we use your information?

6.  Beta testers should expect to receive surveys, emails and phone calls from Proptee regarding their experience. In these instances, contact details connected to your Proptee Account will be used.
   

7. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
   

How do we store and share your information?

8. Users may receive emails from TestFlight and Google Play Store (The Beta testing platforms for iOS and Android respectively) as part of the Beta App testing.
   

9. Proptee use of the Beta Programme Testers’ information is based on contract, according to the Terms of Service and Main Privacy Policy.
   

10. With this Beta Programme, Proptee aims to improve Proptee’s offering by gathering feedback from the Beta Testers.
